Photographic Stories - The Bikeshed Show, London

For the people who love motorcycles and the people who love people who love motorcycles, Bike Shed Motor Show is Europe's biggest independent annual motorcycle show.

Set in London's historic Tobacco Docks on the last weekend of May, the Bike Shed celebrates the design, creativity and passion of motorcycle culture and showcases professional custom builders as well as manufacturers. It’s also as fun to visit for non-motorcycle riders with live music, great coffee and food, brilliant bars, film screenings and inspirational art as well as tattoo parlour and barbers.

Curated and hand-picked from the folks at the Bike Shed Motorcycle Club in Shoreditch, every exhibited motorcycle is invitational and selected from the UK, Europe and USA's top bike builders. There'll be no rope or barriers to obscure your view, here.

Running at Tobacco Dock every year since 2014 (with a Covid hiatus in 2020), its footfall has grown from 4,000 to 17,000 over the weekend event.

In addition to feeding my passion for motorbikes, this event is one of the annual highlights in my street photography calendar.
